How to Use 
Designed to fit the contours of your body, the all natural Flax Heating Packs provide moist penetrating heat therapy.  Heat 1-4 minutes in the microwave, DO NOT overheat.  Melts away stress & very effective for easing headaches, and aches & pains due to muscle tension, arthritis or cramps.  It's the kind of heat that "sinks in" the minute you put it on!  Used & recommended by doctors of chiropractic as well as massage therapists.  Can also be frozen & used for cool therapy.

Why Flax?  
Heated flax seed is long lasting due to its high oil content, at more than 30%.  This oil remains inside the seed and holds the heat, unlike other grains which lose their ability to heat as the water content cooks out with repeated use.  The shell of the flax seed is soft, & allows moisture from the air to be absorbed for the constant release of moist heat.  Flax will not develop a "cooked food" smell as can other grains.  Our flax is cleaned several times to remove debris & broken grains which reduce heat retention.  You'll use & enjoy your flax pax over & over again.  We don't strive to have the cheapest, but strive to have the best & your satisfaction is guaranteed.
